Jackie Chan, the greatest action legend of all time is set to film a sequel to his 2010 hit The Karate Kid. There is no story line released yet, just that Jackie and Jaden will both be starring in the next movie which is to be shot next year.
Many people thought Jackie did a fantastic job in the first movie, showing his acting ability to the audiences. Now that Jackie is getting older, we can no longer see him performing death dying stunts, but he can certainly still bust out moves with the best of them.
When there is more news about the cast, director and story, we will surely let you guys know.
Haters can hate, but I loved this remake. They didn’t TRY to make another Mr. Miyagi, and that was the smartest thing they could have done. The only part I felt was trite was that Jackie played a loner who lost his family tragically. I mean, c’mon, how many times can we see that and still take it seriously? Otherwise, it was a solid film with Jaden showing a ton of growth as an actor and amazing ability as a martial artist and Jackie showing off his acting chops.
