The trailer for Hiromu Arakawa’s Fullmetal Alchemist in IMAX is now streaming on the film’s official website. Exciting action scenes from the movie are highlighted for the trailer.

The world premier for the live-action adaptation took place on October 25, 2017 at the Tokyo International Film Festival. The film is set to hit theatres in IMAX and 4DX on roughly 400 screens across Japan on December 1, 2017.

Alchemist is also to grace screens with its presence in over 190 countries around the world, including the United States and countries in Europe. The film’s website claims it to be the widest international opening for a Japanese movie, live-action or animated.

For those in New York itching to see the movie, Anime NYC will be screening Alchemist as its closing film, which will be the official US premiere for the movie. Director Fumihiko Sori will be in attendance.
