Kayoko (Non) is a young upcoming novelist who just won a new writer’s award. However, after receiving a poor review from well-respected writer Munenori Higashijuujo (Kenichi Takito), Kayoko failed to make a successful debut or publish her novel. She vows to get back at him and while she’s staying at the Hilltop Hotel in Tokyo she learns that Munenori is staying at the same hotel. Enlisting the help of a university friend, Endo (Kei Tanaka), who is currently an editor, she does what she can to impede Munenori.
