inDrive Hosted Media Gathering in Yogyakarta to Discuss Global Expansion, Sustainability Initiatives, and Social Responsibility Projects

inDrive, a global player in the ride-hailing industry, hosted a special media gathering held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, bringing together key stakeholders from the company and its strategic partners. This event showcased inDrive’s ongoing initiatives, its global vision for 2025, and its impact in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. 

Egor Fedorov Chief of Staff inDrive presented as a speaker at the event, where he shared insights on the company’s impressive business growth and future plans. During his presentation, Egor highlighted inDrive’s rapid expansion across 46 countries and its milestone of over 240 million downloads. He also discussed the company’s strategic expansion plans for 2025, emphasizing inDrive’s commitment to further broadening its services. 

“We are focused on expanding our footprint in more countries and introducing new services to meet the growing mobility needs of users globally. In 2025, we aim to enter additional markets and enhance our offerings in ride-hailing, delivery, and city-to-city travel,” Egor said. 

This upcoming expansion reflects inDrive’s dedication to providing innovative and sustainable mobility solutions that will have a positive impact on daily life worldwide. It will be supported by leading media outlets from across the region and will provide an exclusive platform for industry professionals to engage with thought leaders on the future of mobility, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.

The Alternativa Film Project is a unique cultural endeavor that bridges the world of film with inDrive’s broader mission of social responsibility and sustainability. The project focuses on fostering inclusivity, diversity, and environmental consciousness within the global film industry.

In its second year, the Alternativa Film Project 2024 took place in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, from November 22 to November 29, 2024. The event included a series of screenings, panel discussions, and workshops, culminating in an awards ceremony on November 29, 2024. The festival not only showcased films from various parts of the world but also offered an opportunity for filmmakers to engage in meaningful dialogues about the role of cinema in addressing social issues and promoting sustainable practices. Through Alternativa, inDrive aims to contribute to the cultural and creative industries by supporting emerging talents and amplifying stories that inspire global audiences to take action, think critically, and continue to innovate. This initiative is a testament to inDrive’s commitment to nurturing talent and promoting positive change through artistic expression.

Andjelka Jankovic, Head of Marketing Communications Alternativa Project 2024 stated “Alternativa is committed to empowering individuals and organizations to create positive social and environmental change.
