Trailer for New Japanese Drama Series “The Naked Director”

Japanese director (“100 Yen Love”, “The Gun”) has completed work on his new “The Naked Director”. The production is based off of the career of director and actor Toru Muranishi (Takayuki Yamada), and his experiences within the Japanese adult video industry.

All episodes will become available on Netflix on August 8th, 2019. A for the series has been released and can be viewed below.

Synopsis
This biopic follows the tumultuous life of director Toru Muranishi, who revolutionized the porn industry during the economic boom of 1980s Japan. (Netflix)
