A short drama set in The Drifting Post in Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture, which was severely damaged by the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. The hero who lost his best friend learns that there is a drifting post where he can post a letter that describes his thoughts to the people who died in the earthquake.
The director Kaneto Shimizu, was a long-term volunteer after the earthquake.
