We are pleased to announce that the Osaka Asian Film Festival 2022 will be held from March 10 to 20, 2022. In addition to the main Competition, our regular Special Screenings and Indie Forum sections, as well as some special programs, will feature a wide variety of excellent Asian films.

The Competition section and other sections are accepting film submissions until December 6, 2021.

The selected films will be screened at the Osaka Asian Film Festival 2022.
The jury will choose the Grand Prix (the Best Picture Award, with a cash prize of JPY 500,000) and Most Promising Talent Award (with a cash prize of JPY 200,000) from the selected films for the Competition. The Audience Award for a Japan Premiere film and various sponsor awards will also be bestowed.
