Trailer: Hard Hit by Kim Chang-ju

Sung-kyu () is an ace investment banker who handles high-end VIP clients for his bank. The day has begun like any other for him: he gets in his car and takes his kids to drop them off at their respective schools. He has an important business meeting later in the day, which he will never get to, because his life is about to change. Sung-kyu receives a call from a restricted caller ID telling him that a bomb has been planted under his seat and will go off if anybody gets off from the car or if Sung-kyu does not do exactly what he is told, which is to transfer a large sum of money to the caller. Disregarding it as a prank at first, Sung-kyu suddenly faces a life-or-death situation when a bomb goes off in front of him in another car and trouble piles up when he becomes the prime suspect of that bombing.

Set in Busan, action thriller is a directorial debut for whose extensive filmography as an acclaimed film editor includes The Terror Live (2013), A Hard Day (2014), Tunnel (2016), Midnight Runners (2017) and The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion (2018).

The film premiered in South Korea on June 23, 2021 and held the top spot at the local box office for a period of time. It is the first lead role for actor Jo Woo-jin and also co-stars and .
