Our Submit Your Film Initiative has been a huge success since its conception back in 2019, with over 400 movies having been submitted and reviewed in Asian Movie Pulse, occasionally featuring in our YouTube channel, either through trailers or even as full movies. A number of films featuring were then picked by festivals or by streaming platforms, cementing the fact that the whole industry is actually following Asian Movie Pulse, particularly for lesser known titles.
In the same path, and in an effort to help the filmmakers that send us their titles even more, we have formed agreements with a number of streaming services around the world, in order to suggest titles that come to us for them to potentially include in their catalogues. Along with our continuing collaboration with Oscar-nominating Vienna Shorts, where we also suggest movies to be picked for the festival, we feel we offer all the creators that submit their films to us a series of great opportunities for their films to continue their trip after having been finished.
The first agreement has actually happened already, and this is just the beginning.
