In the summer of her third year of high school, guided by a voicemail from the past left on a mobile phone, Sakura Umi (YUKI Mio) meets and falls in love with Harukawa Masahiro (INOUE Yuki), a delinquent at her school. However, Umi's shocking past is laid bare after the truth about the voicemail is revealed.
Adapted from KABEI Yukako's novel of the same name, No Call No Life is written and directed by IGASHI Aya who is known for being the youngest Japanese filmmaker to have a film selected by the Cannes Film Festival.
