2023 CiLENS x CathayPlay Indie Chinese Cinema Week Special Online Version Moving across the Boundaries

We are excited to announce that ICCW Special Online Version is now live!

🎥CiLENS will continue this cinematic journey and stives to engage a wider audience beyond the geographical limits – A unique online version will be presented in collab with @Cathayplayglobal from November 20 to December 20. You will see three feature films and seven short films from the two editions of ICCW and our past “New Women, New Narrative” program.

🌟We hope that the audience will be able to see a part of the lives of the “Other”, experience the emotional ripples, and investigate the social issues and historical context explored in those films. Moreover, the ZOOM video recording of the 2023 ICCW panel discussion “Authenticity Unframed: Navigating the Real and Reel in Chinese Indie Cinema” will be exclusively available on CathayPlay.
