His visionary achievements include establishing a state-of-the-art studio in Malaysia to nurture Southeast Asian films, orchestrating the first-ever sci-fi blockbuster movie with an all-Hong Kong crew, and transforming One Cool – the local studio he founded in 2013 – into one of the region's most in-demand post-production studios. Amid these feats, Louis Koo's exemplary philanthropy during the COVID-19 pandemic stands as a testament to his character.
Backed by Louis Koo, One Cool played a significant role in producing the Oscar-nominated animation feature The Mitchells vs. The Machines, available on Netflix. With recent expansions, One Cool has established a strong presence in Mainland China, South Korea, and Thailand, with a headquarters in Hong Kong that proudly employs over 300 dedicated filmmakers.
